May Goodness Increase
An early piece from the turn of the millennium, at the dawn of Tashi’s career as a professional artist.
Smaller Drutsa calligraphy translates as ‘may goodness prevail’ A footnote to the large single upward brush-stroke, turning and twisting heavenward, expressing confidence of intention, hand and brush.
This artwork among many others was also used during Tashi’s first collaboration with Maharishi clothing for their Spring Summer 2002 collection – Printed on the back of shirts with the calligraphy embroidered across the yoke.
