Five Buddha Family Syllables
Composed in the classical Uchen script are five seed syllables of the the five Buddha families. These are arranged here in a specific line of order – directly corresponding to their cardinal positioning within their manฬฃdฬฃala.
As omฬฃ of Vairocana resides in the centre of a manฬฃdฬฃala, omฬฃ is placed in the middle of this line of syllables. To the left is huฬmฬฃ of Aksฬฃobhya, following clockwise around the cardinal points, is tramฬฃ of Ratnasambhava is placed to the left of huฬmฬฃ, with hriฬhฬฃ of Amitaฬbha placed the right of omฬฃ and aฬhฬฃ of Amoghasiddhi placed to the very far right.
The small footnote scribed in the Umรฉ class of writing translates as The seed syllables of the Five Buddha Families omฬฃ, huฬmฬฃ, tramฬฃ, hriฬhฬฃ, aฬhฬฃ.ย
