Ye-Dharma mantra
Known as the ye dharmā mantra, or Dependent Origination Dhāraṇī – རྟེན་འབྲེལ་སྙིང་པོ། pronounced:
oṃ ye dharmā hetuprabhavā hetuṃ teṣāṃ tathāgato hy avadat, teṣāṃ ca yo nirodha evaṃvādī mahāśramaṇaḥ svāhā
oṃ begins the mantra for auspiciousness and svāhā ends the mantra for underline stability.
This long mantra or dhāraṇī is said to be the essence of the Buddhas teaching. Who proclaimed the cause of those phenomena that arise from causes, as well as their cessation.
With a large brushed པཾ ‘pam’ – the essence syllable of Parnashvari who eliminates all diseases. Parnashvari is yellow-gold in colour, hence the seed syllable is applied in pure saffron.
