    PACKING AND GUARANTEES

Most artworks and art-prints are first wrapped in acid-free tissue-paper, securely flat packed in-between sealed layers of foam-board, dense grey-card and layers of corrugated card to ensure robust and safe delivery.

Flat packed artworks and art-prints are advantageous for framers to ensure best results for mounting and framing.

Framed artworks on canvas can be easily shipped. However in rare cases of any readily framed artworks with glass will not be shipped with the glass.

In some cases art-prints are packed and shipped in tubes if the paper weight allows ease of rolling.

Enclosed with each artwork and art-print is a certificate of authentication, describing the artwork or art-print, which can also be used as proof of purchase and value for your own insurance purposes once in your own care.

In the past 15 years of commercial shipment of artworks and art-prints internationally, to date, we have not experienced any loss or damage to artworks and art-prints.

We cannot however accept responsibility of loss or damage while in transit. For high value items, it is possible to insure pieces with the shipping companies at special arrangement with us.
