International Shipping
We ship artwork globally via DHL and Royal Mail-ParcelForce for GB and Europe. However, deliveries cannot reach Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, and Ukraine.
Shipping updates—including customs clearance and expected delivery dates—are emailed to recipients by the carrier, along with tracking information.
Import Duties
Customers ordering internationally acknowledge they’ll pay any import duties, taxes, or VAT their governments impose. If someone refuses these charges and prevents delivery, they remain liable for the full purchase price plus any government-imposed penalties.

Packing and Guarantees
Artwork is wrapped in acid-free tissue, then secured between foam-board, dense grey-card, and corrugated layers for protection. This flat-pack approach benefits framers during mounting.
Framed canvas pieces ship easily; however, framed items with glass typically ship without the glass included.
Some prints arrive in protective tubes when their paper weight permits rolling.
Each piece includes an authentication certificate describing the artwork and serving as proof of purchase and value for insurance purposes.
Over 15 years of international shipments, we report zero loss or damage incidents. However, we cannot accept liability for transit loss or damage. High-value items may be insured through arrangements with shipping carriers.
