    Mantra

The word ‘Mantra’ itself, though not a mantra as such.

The word mantra मन्त्र is Sanskrit in origin – manas meaning ‘mind’, and trai meaning ‘protect’.

In Tibetan this is translated as སྔགས་ pronounced ngag, which has been calligraphed here in the Tibetan Tsugring script, with it’s distinct namesake of long legs to the letters.

As this is an empowering sacred word belonging to the Tibetan Buddhist principles, please place respectfully high on the body, and dispose of the tattoo template and all copies mindfully by burning
