This spring retreat offers a holistic experience in both body and mind, while cultivating heightened awareness through yoga, deepening meditation and creativity. Held at the inspirational Le Grand Banc – an extraordinary private hamlet, high among the wild Luberon hills of Provence.
This week long retreat is lead by Tashi Dawa and Tashi Mannox – both internationally celebrated for their down-to-earth, humorous teaching expertise, making a complementary team, which informs the importance in taming both body and mind interdependently.
What to expect…
Each morning starts Hatha yoga with Tashi Dawa followed by meditation instruction and practice with Tashi Mannox.
A sumptuous vegetarian brunch is then provided, followed with time to just rest and enjoy the amazing surroundings.
In the afternoon participants join together for Karma Yoga: an interactive creative expression of meditation with Tashi M, followed by a relaxing yoga session with Tashi D.
Each day concludes with a vegetarian buffet dinner with the pleasure of good company.

Testimonial –
“There is Tashi. And there is Tashi. Two distinct individuals who combine to form an irresistible invitation to savour the very essence of yoga and meditation. Almost surreptitiously, you are drawn into their magical world of calm, supple clarity and focus as you embrace the full gamut of deeply nourishing yoga coupled with delightfully uplifting meditation. No earnest invocation to self-improvement, often served up with an excess of worthiness, but a freeing, joyous dip into an uplifting of the soul which dances in the Provence breeze.
I came away with an energy and sense of ease not previously felt, despite considering myself one who had long trod the path of yoga and meditation. It is easy to be seduced by the charisma of an expert who can infuse you with undiscovered potential, but when you find it is is still there after you have said your goodbyes, you know a very tangible alchemy has taken place. And as proof, you also get to express your freshly minted wisdom on paper – for keeps!” – Maggie Saunders, October retreat 2024.
